Install Silverware Pay Stand-alone app
following the steps below will download and install the stand-alone payment app onto the device. If you encounter any trouble along the way, please call Silverware Help Desk for further assistance. 1 888 510 5102 x 2 and enter your phone number.
Log into the device and launch the 'Payloader' app
Enter 'SWMP240214' into the partner package code field to download and install the app
The device may reboot once the installation is complete

Activate Silverware Pay Stand-alone payments app with MyPass login
Launch the app and log in with your MyPass account
if you do not have an account, and instead were given a manual activation code, Click at the bottom of the screen to enter the code and skip to

Once logged into your MyPass account, select the Merchant you wish to activate this device for

Activation will happen behind the scenes. Once complete, you will get a success message and can start processing!

Activate Silverware Pay Stand-alone payments app with manual activation code
If you do not have a way to log into your MyPass account, or were provided a manual activation code by an employee of Silverware, you can follow these steps to activate the device
On the main welcome page of the device, select 'Click here to enter your activation code manually'
Navigate to https://mypass2.silverwarepos.com/ and log in
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Activate Silverware Pay App'

Generate an activation code for the serial number matching the device and enter it into the PAX machine.
If successful, a message will appear and you can start processing!

Taking a payment
Key in the payment total

Choose tip method - $, % or skip

Once tip is entered or skipped, new total amount owing will be displayed. Select 'Pay' to pay by credit card or 'Manual Entry' to key in a card

Payment will take place within the devices' secure payment application. Once complete, Silverware Pay Stand-alone app will reopen

Upon successful transaction, the merchant copy will print. You can choose to print a customer copy if required.

Troubleshooting common problems
If the transaction fails to process/communicate to the processor correctly, it will time out. If this occurs, please try again. If it continues to happen, please call Silverware Help Desk at 1 888 510 5102 x 2 and enter your phone number

If the device runs out of paper, please open the print spooler, fill the paper feed, and try again.

App Information
To get app information in the event of support, exit the app, or deactivate the app, you can navigate to the App Information section. To do so, click the cogwheel in the top right of the payment screen

On this screen, you can find relevant app/account information, exit the app, or deactivate Silverware Pay stand-alone on this device
Deactivating the app will require a password. To get this password, please contact your account rep or call Silverware Help Desk at 1 888 510 5102 x 2 and enter your phone number.
