4. Register as a New User by filling out the form and creating a username and password, and submit the form. Please use your NCCU email to create your account.

5. Once you are logged in, under New Request you will select either book or photocopy (to request an article select photocopy).

6. Submit the author, title, or title of the journal, publication date, and publisher and submit your request.

7. For books, you will receive an email from Shepard Library Interlibrary Loan that your book is ready to be picked up from the 2nd floor of Shepard Library in the Access Services Department (within 5-7 business days of your request)

8. For articles, you will receive an email from Shepard Library Interlibrary Loan or Illiad that your requested article to ready. Log into Illiad and download your article from the Electronically Received Articles section (download the article within 30 days).
