Share All - Invite Account User

  1. 1. Click on 'Share All' in the Home Page

  2. 2. Choose between 'Share Outside App' or 'Invite Account User'

    There are 2 ways you can share your projects to other people - Inviting Account Users to use the app, and Sharing Outside the App via links, texting, etc.

  3. 3. For private Account sharing, choose 'Invite Account User'

    A pop-up window will open and the following will be visible.

    For private Account sharing, choose 'Invite Account User'

  4. 4. Fill out the 'First Name' and 'Last Name' fields

    This will be the information of the person you are sharing with.

  5. 5. Click 'Select One' in the 'Share level' field

    You will have the ability to choose how much access someone has on your archive.

    Viewers are able to view the shared files after logging into the app, much like you. However, they cannot edit files' names or captions. Editors can collaborate with you to add captions, so it's a very useful level for adding new family history details that you want to share with everyone else.

    Click 'Select One' in the 'Share level' field

  6. 6. After selecting either "Viewer" or "Editor", click on 'OK'

  7. 7. Fill out the 'Email' field

    This will be the email address the person you are sharing with will use to log in. If they sign up with another email address, they won't be able to see the files.

    When you're done filling out all of the fields, you can submit the information.

    Click 'Submit'
