Setting Up Keyword Alerts on BiggerPockets

1. 1. Click on Settings

   

2. 2. Click on Alerts

   

3. 3. Click on Add new keyword alert…

   

4. 4. Type any keyword you want an alert for, can be a location, a type of investing you're interested in, or anything you want to be alerted about when it's posted about on the forums

   

5. 5. Click on Save changes

   

6. 6. Type "House"

   

7. 7. Click on Save changes

   

8. 8. To see a list of the keywords you have set up click "Manage existing keyword alerts"

   

9. 9. All of the keywords you have set up will who here

   

10. 10. Now check how you want to receive keyword alerts and how often - Click on Notifications

    

11. 11. Click on Keywords, connections, and followers…

    

12. 12. Click on dropdown trigger

    

13. 13. I recommend "Notify me Instantly" so you can be the most up to date
