ServiceBell: Create a User Group for Sales Reps (SDRs & AEs)

Create a ServiceBell user group for your sales reps (to use for live feeds and Slack alerts).

  1. 1. Click on the "Automations" tab on the left sidebar.

  3. 3. Create a new user group

  4. 4. Name it something like: "Sales Reps" — and click create

    Name it something like: "Sales Reps" — and click create

  5. 5. Select one of your sales reps

    Select one of your sales reps

  6. 6. Click "Add" to include them in the group

    Repeat this process for every sales rep.
    After adding your sales reps — you're done.
    No need to save.

    Click "Add" to include them in the group
