Sending a Rock E-Mail with BeePro

Select your communication medium.

NOTE: Most recipients have not defined a communication preference and will default to e-mail, however, you do have the option to send text messages. Please refrain from sending SMS to over 250 subscribers, unless approved.

Choose your send time.

This will default to "Immediately", but will need to be approved by the Brand Director for recipient lists over 250.

Enter Your Ministry or Campus Name in the "From Name" field.

E-mails are far more recognizable coming from a campus or ministry than from a staff person or volunteer. "i.e. CTK Kids" vs. "John Smith".

Enter a ministry e-mail in the "From Address" field.

Again, it's best practice that your e-mail comes from a campus or ministry e-mail, unless you need replies to come directly to a specific individual.

NOTE: You can send a test communication to multiple people at once – just separate their e-mails with a comma. (i.e. "yourname@ctk.church,theirname@ctk.church")
