Send a Reminder

Follow the steps below to initiate a reminder e-mail for a staff person or volunteer's youth safety training, criminal history check authorization, or standards of behavior.

  3. 3. Scroll down to find the name of the person who needs a reminder

  4. 4. Select the compliance status for the requirement that needs to be completed

  6. 6. Select the names of any additional people who should receive the reminder

    This is useful if a session leader needs to be aware that a staff person or volunteer cannot work with youth because they have not completed a requirement.
