Search inside a Specific Issue of a Journal: EBSCO

8 Steps

Open an EBSCO database and use "Advanced Search".

Click on the "Publications" tab.

Click on the "Publications" tab.

Click on the initial letter of your journal title.

For example, if you are looking for Early Christianity, select E.

Click on the title of your journal.

Click on the + next to the year you are looking for.

Click on the specific volume you are looking for.

Use Boolean Operators to add your search term to the search box.

In this example image, we added "AND formation. Use "OR" & "NOT" to include like terms or exclude words.

Click on Search and see the new list of results.

You will now see results from that issue matching your search terms.
