From the homepage of any publication in any Gale database, click on the volume and issue in which you would like to search for keywords.
Note: The database will default to showing the most recent access of a journal. For older editions, use the dropdown box to the left of the issues listed. This will let you select what year you would like to look in.

Click "Search Within" on the resulting page, normally found on the right-hand side of the screen.

Enter your keyword or phrase then click "Submit" onscreen or "Enter" on your keyboard.

Select the article you are interested in reading.
