To complete these steps you need to be logged into services.ringcentral.com

You can not import contacts from the app.

Once you are logged in, click on Contacts

Click on Personal

Click on Export to export the template for uploading contacts.

Click on Start Export to download the template

Note: You will need to export contacts from Salesforce into a CSV file then copy and paste the data into the correct columns based on the template. Feel free to delete any columns that are not relevant to your upload. For example you will most likely only need mobile number, account/company, and full name.

Once you have your template, click on Import

Select the option that will fit your import function the best. Keep in mind the overwrite function will overwrite all contacts in your Ring Central Account.

Click on Upload and select your prepared template. Then select "start import"
