Resource Spanning Overview:

  1. This is only applicable when a service offered at Location 2 is being presented to Location 1 via the business portal.

  2. Any type of service such as lodging/capacity/grooming can be offered from one location to multiple location(s). This Resource Spanning setup must be done by the RunLoyal team by emailing puppylove@runlyoal.com)

  3. In this example, we have set up an 'Overnight Boarding' that is set up as Location 1 like any other lodging-based service that would be set up.

  4. We are going to review how to create an appointment from the business portal from Location 2.

Login to the Location 2 portal

[At Location 2] Type the 'Pet owner's/Pet's name' in the common search bar and go to the Pet owner's page.

[At Location 2] Click on "Add Appointment"

You can now see a Boarding service with "BUILDING ICON" which has been linked on our end for Location 2 from Location 1. To proceed, please click on 'Boarding'

[At Location 2] Click on "Assign"

[At Location 2] Now you can see the visual map/assignment screen that has been linked to this service from Location 1 presented to your current location i.e Location 2

[At Location 2] Click on the "Daily Snapshot" menu. You'll find your pet listed under the assigned service as Normal

[At Location 2] Go to the "Appointment" menu where you can see the appointment of that Pet as a Normal appointment.

[At Location 2] Click on "To-Do" menu. Here you can view a Building icon that represents the service linked from Location 1.

Now Login to the Location 1 portal

[At Location 1] Click on the "Daily Snapshot" menu to view a Building icon representing the linked service for Location 2.

[At Location 1] Go to the "Appointment" menu where you can see the appointment of that pet with the "Building icon" stating Service provided at Location 1
