Resetting Password: Step-by-Step Process

If you forgot your password - begin by clicking login

To reset your password - click on the blue lettering below the "Continue" button

Once you have entered your email address, click the blue "Reset Password" button. This will trigger an email that will contain a 6-digit code. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your code to arrive. Please check your Spam/Junk folder as well.

After 15 minutes, if you have yet to receive the 6-digit code, please contact us at support@1iota.com for further assistance.

After receiving the 6-digit code, navigate back to 1iota.com and enter the code as well as your new password.

Please be sure to use a password that will be easy for you to remember, and must follow the guidelines. Passwords must be at least 8 characters, have both upper and lower case letters, and at least one special character (*+-?%$&)

Once you have entered the 6-digit code and new password - click the blue "Reset" button.

Now that your password has been reset, be sure to login to your 1iota account.
