EE Self-Serve Reset Password Instructions (steps 7-13) and Admin Reset My Password Instructions. The Admin Reset My Password Instructions are to be used when the system admin resets the password for the employee (step 1-6).
Admin Reset My Password Instructions
Once on the UKG Pro Mobile App, click on Sign In.

Click on Sign in with password.

Enter your email, your default password is DOB (mmddyyyy), and click Continue.
Example of default password DOB: 01012003

Next, you will need to enter your default password (DOB: mmddyyyy), create your password, confirm, and click Continue.
Password Requirements: lower, uppercase, 2 letters, numbers, special characters, no 4 repeating letters, and must be a minimum of 8 characters long.
Reminder: Passwords do not transfer from App to App; If you get locked out again, please feel free to submit a support ticket for further assistance.

Next, you will need to setup your security questions and click Continue.

The final screen should confirm your password has been successfully updated! Congrats! Simply click Cancel on the top left to return to the main menu to Sign In.

Once on the UKG Pro Mobile App, click on Sign In.

Click on Sign in with password.

Click on Forgot your password?

Enter your Username and click on Continue.

Answer your security questions accordingly and click on Continue.

Next, you will need to create your password, confirm, and click Continue.
