Reporting Attendance in the PowerSchool Portal

Instead of calling or emailing the school office, families may report attendance in the PowerSchool Portal.

Go to the PowerSchool Portal

Login on a laptop or via a website browser on your phone (not the PowerSchool app)

Enter your Username and Password

Click on the name of your student along the top

Click the first date box to open up a calendar

Leave the second box empty unless you are reporting a multi-day absence

From the drop-down menu, select the reason for the absence

Select Yes or No to indicate if the absence is for the entire day
