When you're happy with the order, click on Publish Changes.

Click on Yes, publish it

Click on OK. Give the website 1 - 2 minutes before checking to ensure that your changes were successful. If not, you may need to do a hard refresh (CTRL + Shift + R simultaneously) to clear your cache and see the updated order.
