Renewing Your Burke Centre Pool Member Registration

Below you will find step by step instruction on how to register for the Burke Centre Conservancy pools as a returning pool member that created a mokopass account in a previous year.

From the Burke Centre Conservancy Home Page go to the Pool Page.

Hover over the "Amenities" tab and select "Pools". Here you will find all of the information about our pools and the link to the pool registration site which is: https://burke.mokopass.com/

The Pool Pass Registration Site

You should have already signed up for the Mokopass site in a previous year. If you have not set up an account please follow our step by step instructions on how to sign up for the first time.

The pool pass registration site home page should look like this from a desktop. Registration through the mobile app looks slightly different but the process mirrors this step by step description.

Sign into the Pool Pass website

  1. Enter your email

  2. Enter your password

  3. Select "Sign in"

*If you do not remember your password, select "Forgot Password" then enter the email you registered with to reset your password. 

*If you do not remember what email you used to register with, contact the Conservancy Staff at 703-978-2928 or poolclerk@burkecentre.org for assistance.

Begin to Edit Pool Pass Request By Selecting the Editing Tool

You must select the edit button in the upper righthand corner to be able to submit your pool pass request even if no changes are being made.

Keep in mind the membership definitions:

  • FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

    Family membership shall be limited to up to two (2) adults, and all legal dependents of members residing in the same home that are under the age of 23, as of the first day of the pool season (definition does not include those who are ages 23 & older).  Additional adults residing in the home, including extended family members, and Au Pairs, who are able to verify it as their residence will be eligible to purchase individual pool memberships. Acceptable proof of residency items include: driver’s license, original utility bill, personal check, etc.  *Additional members may NOT be added to the application after the initial registration is completed.

  • SINGLE MEMBERSHIP

    Single membership shall be available for: (a) individuals not qualifying for a Family membership as defined in Section 1.1 above; (b) a single adult whose child or children are age four (4) and under as of the first day of pool season; or c) a child who is at least 12 years of age and can pass a swimming test conducted by lifeguards.

  • SENIOR CITIZEN MEMBERSHIP

    Discounted membership program available to those age 65 and older, proof of age required at the time of registration.  Senior- Single: member age 65 and older. Senior-Couple (for Burke Centre residents only): One member, age 65 and over, and their spouse.

Proof of residency will be required each year for renewals for Burke Centre resident pool memberships.

Edit or Add Members

You will be able to edit, delete, or add members at this time.

Adding a New Member

  1. Select "Add Member"

  2. Select the Grey Pencil to Upload a Photo for Additional Member

  3. Input First Name

  4. Input Last Name

  5. Input Phone Number

  6. Input the Relationship to the Applicant

  7. Input Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)

  8. It is optional to input an email address for additional members

Click on Notes

To add a message to the staff processing your membership click in the notes section and type your message before submitting your pool pass request.

Click on Submit

After adding all of your household members, making any changes necessary, and leaving any notes you needed staff to be aware of, select submit to submit your pool pass request.

Click on Yes, submit it!

The site will remind you that after you submit your request no changes will be able to be made. If you are ready to move forward, select the green "Yes, submit it!" button.

Your Request is now Waiting for approval…

Please understand that this can take up to 2 business days to be reviewed by staff depending on the volume of requests being received and are only reviewed Monday through Friday during business hours.

You Will be Notified When Your Request is Processed

Just as in your very first request you will receive an email when your request is processed and it will prompt your to log into your account for payment.

Sign into the Pool Pass website

  1. Enter your email

  2. Enter your password

  3. Select "Sign in"

Click on Purchases

Click on Membership

The membership payment packages purposed the Conservancy office will be ready for payment in this section.

Enter your Credit Card information then select "Submit"

When the payment is processed you can click back to your pool pass request and see your membership status.

Once your pool pass request status shows as "Valid" you are ready for the pools!
