1. 1. Click on Renew

   

2. 2. Select Membership Type

   

3. 3. Click on Next

   

4. 4. Select A Club or "Unaffiliated"

   

5. 5. Click on Next

   

6. 6. Enter coach information

   If you don't have a coach or your coach is not USAW certified please leave the section blank

   

7. 7. Click on Next

   

8. 8. Complete "Adult Participant" page

   All U.S Olympic Sports are required to follow the U.S Center for SafeSport guidelines

   

9. 9. Click on Next

   

10. 10. Complete Certification

    

11. 11. Click on Add & Checkout

    

12. 12. Click on Checkout

    

13. 13. Enter Billing Information and Continue

    

14. 14. Enter Payment information and Click Pay Now
