Remove Staff Prior to Session Start Date

This guide provides a step-by-step process for removing a staff member or volunteer from a session in the OSU Youth Program Registry. Follow the steps below to ensure proper removal before the session begins.

Staff and volunteers can only be removed prior to the start of a session. Once the session has begun, removal must be handled by either contacting the Office of Youth Protection or by marking the individual as inactive.

Click on the Sessions tab

Click on the name of the session you want to edit

Scroll to the Staff/Volunteers heading and click Edit

Find the staff person you want to modify, scroll all the way to the right, and click on Remove
