Registration Process for PPI4Cities

PPI4Cities

1. 1. Click on GET ACCESS in the Homepage

   

2. 2. Enter your Name

   

3. 3. Enter your Last name

   

4. 4. Enter your work email address

   This email will be used to identify your belonging to your organization and you will need to click a confirmation link, so make sure it is correct!

   

5. 5. Type in your password

   

6. 6. Confirm your password

   

7. 7. Enter your work role

   This will help admins quickly identify and approve your registration

   

8. 8. Enter your bio

   It is optional and can be done later!

   

9. 9. Click on Sign Up

   This will send a verification email to your work email address

   

In your Email

1. 10. Click on 'Click here to confirm your registration' to confirm your email

   This link will take you to the last step of the registration process - but it is NOT the last step!

1. 11. Type in your company name here

   

2. 12. If your company is found - select it and click 'Register'

   

3. 13. If you cannot find your company - Click on 'Cannot find your organization?'

   

4. 14. Select your Company type

   

5. 15. Click on Private Company or Public Sector accordingly

   Public Sector companies are those representing municipalities and other governmental bodies, whereas Private Companies represent organizations that provide services.

   

6. 16. Enter your Company name

   

7. 17. You can add a description here

   

8. 18. Select a Country

   

9. 19. Enter your Organization's address

   

10. 20. Enter the main contact email for your Organization

    

11. 21. Enter your Organization's website address

    

12. 22. Drag&Drop or Browse for your Company Logo

    It must be at least 512x512 pixels in size!

    

13. 23. Click on Register

    

14. 24. Click on Home Page

    At this stage, your registration has been submitted and you will receive a confirmation email once it is approved!
