Register a Session - Partnering with Student Orgs

This supplemental guide focuses on the section of the OSU Youth Program Registry registration form for sessions involving student organizations. It provides detailed instructions on how to complete the required questions to ensure compliance with OSU's standards for youth programs.

RSOs may not host/sponsor events involving unaccompanied minors on campus.  Only an OSU department/unit may host an activity with unaccompanied minors. For questions, registered student organizations should contact Katelynn.Avallone@oregonstate.edu.

Student Organizations are required to have an approved activity plan in order to be involved in youth programs. Approved activity plans will show up in the next step.
