Thanks for being part of our Referral Program! Take a tour of your Dashboard and how to get your unique links to start sharing.
The Affiliate Portal allows you to:
View your Stats.
Copy your personalized Coupon Code.
Access your Share Links.
Export a Purchase Summary Report.
Change your Settings to update your Profile, email and PayPal preferences, and change your Password.
In your confirmation email, there is a link to your portal login page. We recommend bookmarking this. If you lose that email, you can always find the Referral Partner Portal again by visiting https://gimapping.com/referral-program for a link to the portal login screen.
Welcome to your Referral Partner Dashboard! First, let’s look at your STATS.
Upon registration, your stats will be at zero. You can check on the progress of your referral efforts at any time on this dashboard.
Clicks: The total number of clicks on all your Share Links combined.
Form Submissions: The number of opt-ins (or forms submitted for a free education resource) tracked through your unique Share Links.
Conversions: The total number of Courses purchased by your referrals is tracked through your Share Links and Coupons.
Conversion Rate: Overall conversions divided by overall clicks.
COUPON CODE. This is your unique code that will earn your referrals a 10% discount off their GI Mapping course registration and ensure you get a commission.
Use this code wherever you promote or share GI Mapping education resources, to maximize the number of referrals that get credited to you!
Your coupon code (or referral code) is the most reliable way to receive commission for any sale referred by you. Any practitioner that uses a Referral Partner’s personalized coupon code will be credited to that Referral Partner, regardless of the presence of a browser cookie.
SHARE LINKS. On your dashboard, you will see all of your available unique referral links. Simply copy the one you need and share!
You can also share some of our FREE education resources for maximum conversion potential!
Some Share Links in your dashboard are for free education resources, such as the free webinar or eBook.
While these links do not offer an immediate commission for a conversion, if your referral chooses to enroll in a GI Mapping course within 30 days of registering for a free resource*, you will receive your commission for that course sale.
* Share Links install a cookie onto prospective customers' browsers for 30 days or until the cache is cleared. To be credited for a course sale, the same device/browser must be used for check-out. Use Referral Codes for another way to ensure you receive your commission for all sales, regardless of cookies.
REPORTING. Access your Purchase Summary Report by exporting a CSV file from the Reports tab.
Your Purchase Summary Report will display the customer name, the Course purchased, and the date of purchase.
