Redeeming your monthly open gym tokens - Customer Portal

11 Steps

1. Login to your Northside Cheer Academy Customer Portal account then click on 'My Account'…

2. Under the student who is issued the tokens as part of their monthly membership, select 'Makeups'.

Open Gym member tokens are used exactly like Makeup Tokens.

3. Click on Use Makeup Token

2 Tokens will be issued on the first of each month and expire in 30 days. Tokens are program specific.

4. Use the date filter to select the day you wish to reserve your place.

Reservations are only available within 7 days.

5. Select your date - Only one day is visible at a time.

6. If the Open Gym for that day says 'Open' you can continue with your reservation by selecting the listed class.

If it says 'Waitlist' there are no guarantees your reservation can be honored for the requested time and we recommend you select a different day & time. *Note- The block you select looks the same on every day it is available, the only difference might be whether or not it says 'Open' or 'Waitlist'. If it doesn't show up on a day you selected for the filter, there is no Open Gym on that day.

7. Click on Use Makeup Token

8. This popup confirms you have used the Token.

9. Click on Close

10. After that popup closes click on Pending Makeup Tokens to expand that section and view the reservations you've made.

11. The date you've reserved is listed under 'Makeup Date'. We'll see you at your reserved time!
