Recording Rescue Weights and Health Checks

1. 1. Go to Shelterluv

2. 2. Click on the animal's name

   

3. 3. Click on the Medical tab

   

4. 4. Click on Custom form to open drop down menu

   

5. 5. Select Periodic Health Check

   

6. 6. Type weight of animal from physical weigh in

   

7. 7. Change from lbs to g

   

8. 8. Select their presenting attitude / behavior at time of weight in

   

9. 9. Type your name in examination preformed by section

   

10. 10. OPTIONAL: add a memo (medical, behavioral, other)

    

11. 11. Click Save
