Once on their profile, you can scroll and view all their information, reset their password, etc.
6
You can view their personal information and demographic data
7
Activity will show you their interests and any applications they've submitted
8
If you need to troubleshoot something for them, click on Masquerade. This will allow you to see exactly what they see when they log in, and you can make changes for them
9
Copy and paste their email address into the box
10
Click on Masquerade
11
Now that you're masquerading as them, Click on My Companies
12
Find their company, then click on Go to Dashboard to the right of the company name
13
This will show you a list of all applications they've submitted and started, as well as any programs that are looking for more applications, to encourage founders to apply. For applications they have submitted, click on Show progress.
14
Click on View Application. This should show you the application they submitted, though this is time-sensitive and sometimes is not viewable if a certain amount of time has passed. If you cannot view it from here, message Pops and we can retrieve it from the back end.
