Unlocking the Account

6 Steps

From the Menu, go to the Team tab > HR > Employee Maintenance > Password Unlock

Click on the magnifying glass to view the employees

Click the checkbox for the employee(s)

Click on Apply

Click on Unlock in the top right corner

There will be a banner that appears when the account is successfully unlocked

Resetting Passwords

From the Menu, go to the Team tab > HR > Employee Maintenance > Password Reset

From the Menu, go to the Team tab > HR > Employee Maintenance > Password Reset

Click on the magnifying glass to view the employees

Click on Apply

Click on Reset Password in the top right corner

Just like the account unlock, after a successful reset you will see a banner message confirming the reset
