PT Solutions: UKG Single Sign-On

Getting logged into UKG with single sign-on is much easier than having to remember that 15-digit password and security questions. However, depending on your server locations (hospital, administration, remote access, etc.), you may need to access UKG in one of 3 ways. The below will guide you through different options to access the HR system for timesheets, PTO requests, pay stubs, W2s, and more!

If you use multi-factor authentication for Outlook or SharePoint, you will be prompted to use it here as well. If you're having trouble with your authenticator app, check out these steps at the end for additional assistance.

1️⃣
