Ordering Official Transcripts from Wilson

Go to https://www.parchment.com/u/auth/login

Sign in to your Parchment account (read description if you have not made an account)

If you do not have account, make one with your personal email and enter the necessary information to complete your profile (i.e. making your password, entering your Wilson High School data such as your School ID and graduation year).

Once you do all of this, continue to the next step.

Once you log in (or set up your account), you will click on the green "Order" button.

Type in the name of the University that you want the transcripts sent to

You can make multiple orders to different schools, you just have to do it one school at a time.

Click on the University name

Make sure that it is the correct school by verifying the address

When you click on the university name, it will send you to the next page where it tells you it is sending it from Wilson to the University you picked. If you clicked on the wrong school, click "Back" on the upper left-hand side.

On this page, scroll down to the question, "When do you want this sent?". If you are sending transcripts BEFORE Senior Spring final grades are submitted, click on "Hold for Grades."If you are sending it AFTER Senior Spring final grades are submitted, click on "Send Now".

Before Completing the Order, CHECK ONE MORE TIME to ensure that you are sending it to the correct university. Once you do, click on "Complete Order."

You should NOT have to pay to send the transcripts to your university. If you do, double-check your profile information and make sure you entered the correct LBUSD information. As a last resort, contact the Parchment Help Desk.

Before Completing the Order, CHECK ONE MORE TIME to ensure that you are sending it to the correct university. Once you do, click on "Complete Order."

Congrats, you've sent your official transcript!

Parchment will email you with the confirmation and to let you know when the university has received it.

NOTE: It may take a bit longer for the "Send Official Transcripts" item on the To-Do List in your University Portal/Student Center to clear (typically 10-12 business days).

If you want to place another order, click on the "Place Another Order" to do the whole process again. If not, you can exit the website.
