Created Oct 16, 2024Odometer Measurement Entry Guide: (IK11)
Before increasing the odometer measurement position, please refer to transaction IK18 to review the past odometer entries.
Transaction IK11 is for the utilization to input mileage that isn't achievable with fueling transactions: ZFE2 & ZFFUEL. The majority of the time, mileage increases will always be performed with the fueling transactions. An example of when this scenario is used is when the vehicle is fueled offsite for a prolonged period of time, and then you must get it within the tolerance range.
For odometer replacement requests, please complete this form:

PLEASE NOTE: This transaction doesn't input fuel and should have limited uses.
Fueling procedures are the primary role of measuring point increases.
If you discover frequent mileage errors on one or more vehicles. Please contact DPI - Transportation Services.
WARNING: Do not make revisions in the "Difference" field. Also ensure that you do not roll the odometer. This will provide a warning at the bottom of the transaction and make the entered mileage red.
Please Note: An entry more than 3K miles or so will impact maintenance plan scheduling. Contact DPI - Transportation Services in this scenario.
