Click on Event Form

Insert the name of your event.

Click on Select from Types

Click on the type of your event. Note: All registered student organizations will choose "Student Engagement (Non-Academic)"

Click on Search organizations

Under Primary Organization, find the type of organization that is hosting the event. You can find a list of organizational types by clicking on the blue 'i' icon.

Click on Edit Categories

Select the category of the organization that is hosting the event.

Click on Done

Insert the expected head count for your event. Note: This head count will determine the locations available for your event

Write a brief description of your event under Event Description, then click on the Date and Time field to select a date for your event.

Use the calendar feature to select a date for your event.

Under Additional Time, note any additional time needed for set up, take down, etc.

Under Locations Search, click refresh to begin searching for a location.

In the search bar, begin searching for locations for your event. Note: Type :: to view suggested locations.

Select a layout for your event. Note: This layout must be able to accommodate your expected head count.

Once you have selected a location and specified a layout, click Request.

If you have any relevant documents related to your event reservation, attach them using the Upload a File button.

Enter the sponsoring department for your event.

Use the toggles to answer the Custom Attributes questions about your event.

Include any relevant notes about your event. Remember that notes are viewable to the public once the event is posted.

After reading the affirmation, click I agree.

Click on Save
