The system will show you available times that work for both or all participants. Type in a meeting name once you have selected a time.

Select a Location from the dropdown. The first available Huddle Table will appear. If no Huddle Tables are available, please select Meeting Point A or 'Select Your Own Location' (make sure to fill in the location).

Please be sure to accept and decline meetings daily. Pending meetings will hold spots at the huddle tables.
