  6. 6. You will see vendor contact information listed. Click on contact or learn more to call or email the vendor. Let them know your student is with Epic. The vendor will invoice Epic and the funds will be deducted from your learning fund.

  7. 7. **It is important to keep track of your learning fund balance. If you run out of funds, the vendor will bill your family, and you will be responsible for paying the balance. Also note that the learning fund can only pay the vendors and WILL NOT reimburse families.
