Log into the student portal

Click on More Information

To leave a comment on each item, click more information and a text box will show.

Click on More Information

Click on Accept

Only accept items if the item is in good/average condition.

Good condition is defined as new or barely worn.

Average condition is defined as average wear and tear, still usable, mild use.

Click on Accept

Do Not Accept

If the item is in bad condition, do not accept the condition and leave a comment.

Bad condition is defined as needing a work order, broken, or may need to be replaced.

Click on Save Review

Once all items have been reviewed, click Save Review to submit your RCR.

If an item was not accepted

If an item was not accepted, you may be prompted with this message.

If an item was not accepted

Click on Yes

This will save as Not Accepted and flag for review for Housing Staff.

Click on Yes

Records

Once completed the RCR status will change to "Accepted" or "Not Accepted" depending on if each inventory item was accepted.
