Review Comment

Using this comment, a staff member will verify if the item is in poor condition and change the status via the app.

On the app, update the condition and comments section.

If the item is not in bad condition, accept the item. If the item is in bad condition, empower the resident to submit a work order.

Once the work order has been completed, update the status to accepted by clicking edit. Here, update the condition as well to good or average.

This will move it to Closed status. At Closed status, residents will still be able to view the RCR in the Portal, but will not be able to edit or add comments.

Once all is done, click process all to move from Closed to History status. At History status, residents will no longer be able to view the RCR in the Portal. This step should only be done once the resident(s) have moved out of that room assignment.
