Search for your schedule by entering your name in the Search Box. Click on Schedule to edit/adjust.

Add your availability as blocks of time.

TIP: Block your outlook calendar for lunch and other break times if you would like to enter one block of time. Otherwise, be sure to enter additional lines of availability to account for breaks and lunch time. Example: 8 AM- 11:00 AM, click Add Time and add another block for 12:00 PM-4:30 PM to allow for a lunch break. If you would like to copy this schedule to multiple days choose "Copy day schedule" to applicable days.

Choose your name as the user with "All Folders" selected.

Active Scheduler does not save your appointments into a specific folder. To view your appointments, you must click All Folders and choose your name as the User to view your appointments only.
