To log in you will be able to use either the magic link, or username and password. if you created them before. Only authorised team members can access the portal - please let us know if we need to provide access to you or your team members.

Click on Projects

You will see all projects accessible to you. Some projects may be review only, others will allow full collaboration. If you are not able to access projects that you think you should be able to access, please get in touch with us via email team@honeycomb.design

Click on tasks

This will open a tasks in the kanban board view. (you can also see same tasks in timeline and calendar view, but they may not show if they don't have due dates set).

Attachments

Any attachments associated with this task can be added here. Please ensure that the attachment is relevant to the specific task.

Set the date

If relevant, you can set a due date for this task.

Creating a new task

Go to Tasks in the top menu and click on + sign. It may only appear when hovering or first tap on touch devices.

Provide name

Provide a short but descriptive name for the task

Description

Provide information about the task. This could include instructions, copy, or other details that would help us to complete the task.

Set Starting date

If the task cannot be started before specific date, you can set it here.

Set Due date

Please provide preferred Due date for the task. Please keep in mind that we many adjust it if required.

Save your changes

Before you save, you can add sub tasks, files, and other information in the same way as higher in this tutorial. You will also be able to come back and make changes, comments etc.
