Click on StarRez Search

Click on StarRez Search

Search for Resident Using either UIN, Name, or Room

Remember that this is specific, so when searching rooms, format has to be specific.

Search for TBH-101B. If you search for TBH101, it will not show.

Other buildings have specifics, here are a few examples of rooms:

CMW-7112

CMN-4105B

Search for Resident Using either UIN, Name, or Room

Click on Open Record

Click on Parcel Receipt

Click on Tracking Number

Insert tracking number for additional information (not necessary, but helpful for tracking information).

Click on Tracking Number

Fill out Information

Parcel Type, Shipping Type, Mail Room should be updated.

Fill in Description

Description can be used for additional information for those that issue the package (such as heavy box, blue Chewy box, etc.).

Click on Receive Parcel

Search for Resident using the Search Bar

Scroll down to Parcel and Click on Issue

Scroll down to Parcel and Click on Issue

Click on checkbox

Click on checkbox

Click on Next

This will issue the parcel.
