When you arrive your screen will default to the "recent activity" window.

To return to "recent activity"
You can always return to the "recent activity" page using the navigation icons on the right side of the screen

Messages Quick View
You can access a quick view of recent personal messages using the inbox icon beside your name on the top-right of the screen

Check your notifications
The "bell" is a quick way to see notifications of recent activity on the site

Navigate using the top menu bar
Use the dropdown menus to find out more

Groups
Here is where you can access discussion groups on many topics
