Canceling Eventbrite Ticket Orders

Eventbrite - Log In and Sign In

1. 1. Enter your email and password account information for Eventbrite

1. 2. Click on "Tickets" on the upper right side of the screen

   

2. 3. Click on the field trip or event you would like to cancel. For this example, the Museum of the Great Plains will be canceled. Click on Field Trip-Museum of the Great Plains-Lawton *Sensory Friendly Early Entry

   

3. 4. Click on Cancel Order

   

1. 5. Click on "Yes, cancel this order" to confirm the cancellation.

   

2. 6. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm the order is canceled. Click on Free Order Canceled for Field Trip-Museum of the Great Plains-Lawton *Sensory Friendly Early Entry…

   

3. 7. The email details confirm the cancellation.
