Navigating Aeries Parent Portal for Attendance and Notifications

Aeries Parent Portal

1. 1. Click on Class to see specific assignments for student

   By clicking on the blue class label you will see all the class assignments, tests, and projects.

   

2. 2. The RED boxes indicate a missing assignment.

   You can check each class for missing assignments and grades.

   

3. 3. Click on the Attendance tab to see your student's period attendance.

   

4. 4. On this tab, you will see your child's attendance record. This is printable.

5. 5. The key for the codes is located at the bottom.

   You can see attendance for the trimester or year. Our goal is 90% or above for the year.

   

6. 6. Click on your profile email address

   

7. 7. Click on Parent Notification Preferences

   Here you can set up your parent notification preferences.

   

8. 8. Save Notification Preferences

   Click on the preferences for the day and time that you want to be notified of a grade update for your child. Make sure to SAVE.
