My Mail - Mark email as read or unread

How to mark an email as read or unread using the My Mail feature

Click on My Mail

Click on My Mail

Select the email you want to mark as Read

Select the email you want to mark as Read

If the email is marked as Unread and you want to mark the email as Read, click on the Read / Unread button

If the email is marked as Unread and you want to mark the email as Read, click on the Read / Unread button

The email is now marked as Read

In your mail client it will also display as Read

Please note it might take a minute for the change to reflect in your mail client
