Monitoring Evaluation Progress

  1. 1. Go to PowerSchool

  2. 2. Click on Staff Evaluations

    Click on Staff Evaluations

  3. 3. Click on the graph icon

    This icon is on the right side of the screen and provides some canned reports for evaluations.

  4. 4. Click on "Evaluation Completion"

    Click on "Evaluation Completion"

  5. 5. Select the desired plan

    This dropdown list includes all evaluation plans in the district. Select the specific plan that you would like to view.

  6. 6. Select/deselect the evaluation steps that you want to monitor

  7. 7. Sort as needed

    Clicking on the column headings allow you to sort by each column. I find it helpful to sort by location.
