Enter case prioritization information. Then click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

Select Continued Use (for previously approved medical exceptions).

Provide the date the original medical exception was approved. If not originally approved through RSRO, upload approval letter for the submission.

Enter Case Information.

Click on Save and Continue.

Provide updated documentation.

Visit the Resources Tab for detailed information on best practices and documentation requirements.

Identify and add contacts for this case.

Add any additional case contacts as needed.

Review the Terms and Conditions.
