Click on Launch Check In

Clicking "Access Webinar" in event registration or reminder emails automatically captures attendance in the person's record. If you send a direct Zoom link in a 1:1 email without registering the person, attendance won't be captured. Registering people directly through Slate is recommended.

Those who haven't accessed the webinar via the email link will be marked as "no show" automatically. You'll need to manually update their record to reflect attendance.

VIEW communications

All event communications are using predetermined email templates based on the event type selected. Event communications CAN NOT be modified on a per-event basis.

Click on Edit Communications to VIEW the communications
