Google Calendar
17 Steps
1
Click on the Settings menu
2
Click on Settings
3
Click on Add calendar
4
Click on Create new calendar
5
Name your calendar. I named mine "🍂 holidays"
I prefer having broad names for my calendars (e.g. School, Work, Routines, etc)
6
Click on Create calendar
7
Click on Go back
Once you have created a calendar go back to the main page.
8
Create an Event by clicking on a date
You can create events in 2 different ways.
Click on a date
Click on the "Create" button that's in the top left corner
9
Add a title to your event
I called mine "Pumpkin Patch Day 🎃"
10
Add details to your event & make sure it's under the correct calendar
My calendar was incorrect. Instead of the "holidays" calendar it was set to "daily"
11
Change the calendar by tapping on the button
12
Don't forget to click Save!
Or else, everything that you've done will be deleted...there's no "Drafts" :(
13
Click on the three dots of any calendar (Options)
This step is to change the colors of your calendars.
14
Click on Add custom color
15
Click on the Hex code number
You can add whichever color you like.
16
Click on Save
17
Repeat steps 13-15 for each calendar you'd like to change colors
Well done!
