Squash Australia SqA
Created Jun 05, 2024Managing FY25 Payment Classes
To ensure that your members are able to select a Payment category when registering, you need to have the correct Payment Classes set up. This example demonstrates how to ensure that your affiliation fees are set correctly.
Please note that the Lifestyle payment class is an example. You should create new payment class for Lifestyle, Local, Compete and Support membership categories.
You do not need to create new payment classes for Digital membership categories, as these will be correctly rolled over to the new season for members to renew from 1 July.
Your Club portal can be found at https://client.revolutionise.com.au/<club>

Due to the nature of the payments, there are 2-3 individual transactions which will be charged transaction fees. All members will be charged the transaction fees on each of the State and National components, and if you add your Club membership fees here they will also be charged the transaction fees for that component.
Note: from 1 July 2024 Squash Australia and some States will be absorbing the transaction fees.
You can view the membership type descriptions at https://www.squashaus.com.au/mysquash/mysquashaus-definitions in the Clubs section

Some fields have been locked by Squash Australia such as the minimum/maximum ages, however please review the other fields that you can customise these classes for.
If you have set up additional fields, you can configure your payment classes to map these if they are relevant.
STOP! Have you created all new required payment classes?
Reminder, a new Digital payment class does not need to be created.
If you have old payment classes which are no longer relevant, you should deactivate them. This ensures that your current payment classes are clean and easy to manage.
Repeat the steps above to add in your required payment classes
