  1. 1. Go to Loadops by Optym

  2. 2. Click on SAFETY

  4. 4. Click on Create New Record

  5. 5. Select the Asset Type as either Tractor or Trailer

  6. 6. Select the Maintenance Item from the dropdown menu

  9. 9. Enter the Odometer reading and Vendor details

  10. 10. Enter the Amount

    Enter the Amount

  11. 11. Enter the Notes, if you any

  12. 12. Click on Receipt to add a receipt associated with the record
