Here's an overview of how to use the live judging dashboard during a Round 2 [live] round.

Select your round from the dropdown, as an example we used 2023-05 CH Round 2

Here you can view all of the scheduled panels, in chronological order. Go ahead and click on the first time on the first day [in our example, it's the arrow next to 8am]

Here you can view all of the info for the panels in that time slot. You can see a list of judges and which startups they've judged so far [marked as 'complete'].

It may say 'NOT-JUDGED-OTHER' under a judge and startup name, if that judge has not yet judged that startup, when you check this dashboard.

On the left side, you can also see the title of the panels [example Sustainable Food Solutions] if there is a title/theme. You can see the Room number as well so you can differentiate the panels if the panels aren't titled/themed.

On the left hand side you can also see the status of each panel - for example, here the 8am panel is listed as 'completed'. During the round, you can change it anytime by clicking on 'preview', 'active' or 'completed' to your preference.

Preview means that judges can view info about the startups they'll be judging, but cannot input judge scores yet. Active means the round is live and they can input scores, and completed means the round is over and judges cannot input scores [though you as an admin can decide to open it back up later if a judge needs more time].

You can also click on the afternoon time slot [in our example 1:00 p.m] to expand that, using the right arrow button.
