How to extract data from a customer's credit report and enrich a lead in Laminin

  1. 1. In this example we want to extract the customer's phone number from the credit report

    The lead mapping is done in the Laminin Admin interface, any value from the credit report can be mapped to a unique lead field. In our example we are interested in obtaining the contact number associated with the customer from the credit report and will populate this number into the "Bureau Mobile" lead field.

  2. 2. To start the process, click on Verify

    This will call the iBureau API to start the Credit Check process

  6. 6. Once the customer consents, the pop-up screen will display verification information. The agent must ask these questions to the customer and answer each question on the pop-up screen on behalf of the customer.
