From staff dashboard - click on Judging

Scroll down to the Finding Judges section

Click on Judge Pool Report

Here you can view all the data - unfiltered, this is all the judges interested in judging, across all programs.

Click on Filter to filter the data used in this chart

Click on the second filter highlighted in red here

Here you can filter for a variety of judge traits. As an example, click on AdditionalIndustries

Click on Select Values

Click on Aerospace as an example

Now we can see all of the judges who are interested in aerospace startups across all programs

You can scroll horizontally to view all their data such as contact info, past programs judges/desired, etc

Sick of this filter and want to delete it? Click on AdditionalIndustries again

Now we're back to the home report with all 30,000 judges unfiltered.
