This is an easy way to take a look at users that would be appropriate judge candidates for a future program. Candidates fall into three groups: past judges, interested judges, and adjacent judges. Adjacent means that they were a judge for a program other than your program.

You can click on specific sections to highlight them, such as Hubspot delivery status. You may want to make sure their status is OK before emailing them. You can also scroll horizontally and vertically to view all the data.

For example, scroll down and click on PastProgramFamilyName. This is a popular one which will show you all the judges that participated in a given past program or program family.

You can also view the number of their total desired roles vs total confirmed roles - if they've got a lot of desired roles but no or very few confirmed roles, it may be worth considering this when recruiting judges for an upcoming round.
